I feel like I was hungry all week because I was saving my points for the birthday party yesterday. And I gained .2 pounds. :( Why? Who knows? Maybe I didn't eat all of my flex points yesterday. I probably didn't. Maybe my period is coming.
Either way, I am still 6 pounds away from my goal and being able to schedule my surgery. And I wanted to be only 4 away.
Goals for this week: to distribute my flex points more evenly through the week and kick up the activity.
