There are few things that feel worse than feeling like you did a decent job with dieting the whole week. Going on your first run...like ever. And then GAINING almost 2 pounds. I don't even have a period yet to blame it on. And I certainly felt deprived. There was only one bagel. No chocolate pastries. And my legs focking hurt from my run.

I always gain before I lose. Exercising more can cause you to retain water. Keep it up :) You're doing fine.
But I am proud of you for running!!!
It's always hard in the beginning. But don't worry, soon enough you'll see the progress and it'll be more motivation! Great job!
